RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be made by calling Steve at (231) 796-3265 any day prior to 10 PM EST ALL rentals require a SECURITY deposit of $500.00. The security deposit and remaining 50% of the rental fee Plus 6% Tax is due upon check-in.

Check-in is 5:00 PM or later, and Check out is NLT 3:00 PM (or as otherwise negotiated)>
